Alfie Lamberger & Margie Holland

' Marks of the Spark Tattoos'  was established in 1993 by husband and wife team (owners and artists),
 Alfie and Margie. It is currently the longest established Professional Tattoo Studio in Frederick, Maryland and is still in it's original location; 
323 East Patrick Street.  

Alfie and Margie are both Award Winning Artists with
over Twenty Five (25) Awards in Professional Tattooing. 
Their background includes the Maryland Institute College of Art.

Alfie has tattooed numerous Award Winning Tattoos
(including Full Back pieces and extensive Sleeve/ and Chest tattoos) for clients. He also creates custom hand drawn 'one of a kind' tattoos for individual clients 
as well as original designs and paintings for the studio. 

    Margie became Frederick's first female
 Tattoo Artist in 1993.  Besides working in other mediums now, she also creates original tattoo designs for the studio and is an Associate Member
of the National Watercolor Society.

The studio is called Marks of the Spark ---
because tattoos are'marks' that represent 
a person's inner 'spark'!
